Claire Van Vliet is teaching two classes at SFCB this month.

Paper Strip Binding Structures, Sat Feb 18-19
Join renowned book artist Claire for a fascinating exploration of color,
pattern, structure and movement. On the first day, you'll incorporate paper
strip binding elements into single-sheet, folio and multiple-signature book
structures. On day two, Claire will lead an experimentation session, as you
develop individual variations.

Non-Adhesive Boxes and Cases, Mon Feb 20
These paper boxes and cases are mostly non-adhesive cubes and rectangles
that interlock to form ingenious and elegant slipcases and enclosures. This
class is a perfect complement to Paper Strip Binding Structures.
