[BKARTS] paper

Does anybody have experience with 100% recycled paper in terms of its 
lasting quality and is it better to get a blend for strength or is the 100% 
stronger. It certainly seems to have a better texture. The difference in 
price is quite stunning $58.00 a ream for the 100% recycled, as opposed to 
$11.00 a ream for the 80%; I would be grateful for any comments.
