[BKARTS] Archival Board

In the last issue of Bonefolder, Karen Hanmer says that for her flag books she uses "...Dark Grey Pamphlet Board or Grey/White Archival Board from Archival Products. Both are very thin and lightweight, but also very dense and stiff." They sound interesting, but Archival Products has a $50 minimum order and I don't want to spend that much. 

Does anyone have a suggestion for a substitute? Archival Products says their boards (1) have an acrylic coating and (2) are both harder and less dense than Davey Board.
