[BKARTS] Cleaning vellum

I recently took a vellum workshop and I have it in my notes that isopropyl
alcohol is often used to clean vellum.  I'm not a conservator, so please
double check before following this advice.

Reference books that were presented in that workshop include:
Ancient Skins, Parchment and Leathers by R. Reed
Conservation of Leather and Related Materials by Marion Kite and Roy
Thompson
