[BKARTS] Thanks - suede cover

Thank you all for you prompt replies about the Lowell book bound in
suede. I had done a little searching myself at a couple of the sites
recommended, and was disappointed to not find an image. I am now better
educated on the subject thanks to you. The book may end up in Virginia as
per Sid's suggestion.
