[BKARTS] tympan bail popping off problem

Hi all,

Someone snapped one of  the tympan bails off on our 8x12 C&P at school. The
press was set in motion while the bails were up and both the doohickeys that
attach them to the platen on one of them snapped in half and the bail got
squashed down. So part of the doohickeys are stuck inside the platen. Any
ideas on how to get them out and then what to use to get the bail attached
again? The bail itself seems fine - I was able to get it off the platen.
