I've dealt with Boektotaal.  They came to the last Society of Bookbinders
conference in York.

I found their products well made and priced, and they were very friendly in
person.  I haven't dealt with them at a distance, because I have local
British suppliers whose catalogues I know rather better, but when I move to
the Netherlands in a year I suspect I'll be dealing with them a lot.
