Re: [BKARTS] Edge Tinting
Be sure the cards are very tightly compressed, as in a lying press, for
example, and then use acrylic paint, thinned down, but not too wet. Repeat
until the color you want. This is how I color the top of pages of a book,
and I don't see why it wouldn't work for cards too.

Dear Keith,
I tried to tint the edges of some cards black using
a heavy black marking pen, coloring a stack all at
the same time.
It did a terrible job and more or less wrecked the
project. Whatever you do, don't try that.
Yours truly,

Subject: [BKARTS] Edge Tinting
I have a customer who wants the edges tinted or painted black on some
printed cards. I am figuring I can put some weight on the stack of
paper and paint all the edges. What kind of paint or ink should I use?
Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Keith
