Subject: Testing for UV Light filtering
I am trying to locate a consulting firm, or the equipment needed, to test the ultraviolet filtering of windows and_ skylights in the new addition to the UC San Diego, Central University Library. I have a Crawford UV Monitor Type 760, but need to take more exact measurements to verify that the windows are filtering 90% of the UV as claimed by the manufacturer. Thank you! **** Moderator's comments: I think we'll all be interested in the info so please send your response to consdist [at] lindy__stanford__edu Julie Page UC San Diego Central University Library 9500 Gilman Dr. La Jolla, CA 92093-0175 *** Conservation DistList Instance 5:55 Distributed: Friday, May 8, 1992 Message Id: cdl-5-55-008 ***Received on Wednesday, 6 May, 1992
We need your help. FAIC seeks to improve CoOL and the DistList, and increase their value to the conservation field and beyond. In an effort to do so, we have put together a short, voluntary survey of DistList subscribers and other users of the CoOL website and its various resources. Please help us develop these invaluable resources by taking a few minutes to complete the survey
