Subject: Vacuum cleaners for mold
We have a 3M Vacuum that is used for mold removal. Their Type 1 filter is used for this task: "for trapping fine particles in the range of .3 to .5 microns." This is a nifty vacuum which looks like a plastic toolbox, including handle. The cord, hose, and attachments are stored underneath the lid. The filter can be plugged in between uses. No idea of current price. Consider using ear protection if a vacuum is running for a long time. We need your help. FAIC seeks to improve CoOL and the DistList, and increase their value to the conservation field and beyond. In an effort to do so, we have put together a short, voluntary survey of DistList subscribers and other users of the CoOL website and its various resources. Please help us develop these invaluable resources by taking a few minutes to complete the survey
