Rhinoceros shield

I am posting this inquiry on behalf of an acquaintance who became owner
of a rhinoceros shield. It measures 29"x29"x 1/2"wide and shows a series
of markings. The shield has been stored in an attic and looks moldy. All
the owner knows is that the shield was given to a relative of hers by
Haile Selassi for services much appreciated. She would like to find out
as much as possible about this shield. She would also like to see it
restored. Any note/contact will be appreciated and forwarded to her.
