Subject: Crazing of acrylic sheeting
In response to Thomas Dixon regarding crazing of acrylic sheets: I have heard of this problem mention by two other paper conservators. I have not followed up on it but you might want to contact them. Karl Buchberg at MOMA NY has mentioned what sounds like a similar problem as has Moya Tonnies in Kiel, Germany. Please post any good theories on the DistList. We need your help. FAIC seeks to improve CoOL and the DistList, and increase their value to the conservation field and beyond. In an effort to do so, we have put together a short, voluntary survey of DistList subscribers and other users of the CoOL website and its various resources. Please help us develop these invaluable resources by taking a few minutes to complete the survey
