Certification

From: Penny Jones <pjones>
Date: Monday, December 9, 2002
A recent message concerning certification on the posting of December
5 mentioned that AIC does not have a juried publication, I wanted to
clarify that the Journal of the American Institute for Conservation
(JAIC) is a peer-reviewed, award-winning journal with an editor-in-
chief, senior editor, and fifteen associate editors representing the
various specialties in conservation. Every article that is published
goes through an extensive peer-review process. If anyone would like
more information, please contact me at pjones [at] aic-faic__org or
202-452- 9545.

Penny Jones, AIC Executive Director and JAIC Managing Editor.

FAIC
CoOL and DistList SURVEY

We need your help. FAIC seeks to improve CoOL and the DistList, and increase their value to the conservation field and beyond. In an effort to do so, we have put together a short, voluntary survey of DistList subscribers and other users of the CoOL website and its various resources. Please help us develop these invaluable resources by taking a few minutes to complete the survey
