I am a MA Conservation student (focusing on books and paper)
conducting research on the types of adhesives used in the repair of
books for conservation purposes.

I would be very grateful, if you find it relevant, if you would
spend a short time filling out the survey below (all information
given will be held in the strictest of confidence). The responses
provided may be used in my research essay. Therefore please indicate
if you would like any information withheld:

the treatment of books)
