Blocked paper

From: Susan Lunas <bookbinder>

I was wondering if any new techniques have popped up regarding
opening or releasing pages that have stuck together due to water or
dampness. In the past, I have used heat with limited success. With
this project, I have several items with clay-coated paper that at
one time got wet (the tell-tale tidelines), and as a result some of
the pages stuck together. Any ideas or techniques?
