Online exhibit on pigments
The Institute for Dynamic Educational Advancement (IDEA)

If you are interested in pigments and public education, we have a
small, part-time/freelance project this autumn/winter to work on
introductory text about color families and improved information
about pigments, to update an exhibit about pigments.

See our online museum exhibit:

The text you write should be steeped in examples from conservation/

This is an old exhibit, and several sections are missing. We are
interested in a substantial overhaul, and filling in the missing
pieces. The primary audience is the general public, and the
secondary audience is artists and undergraduate classes. We are
interested in exposing these audiences to art-and-science concepts
from conservation and preservation.

Our organization, the Institute for Dynamic Educational Advancement
(IDEA) is a nonprofit organization that works to enhance scientific,
artistic, and cultural literacy by improving how people find and
interact with online information. The online museum reaches millions
of visitors annually.

There's no specific deadline, but we want to work on this project
this Fall, so if you are interested, please send a short note (no
cover letter needed), your CV, and any relevant citations or writing
samples, to pigmentjob09<-at->idea<.>org The scope of work and timeframe
are flexible.
