The Photographic Materials Group (PMG) consists of about 300 members who are interested in photographic preservation, conservation treatment, history and technology. The various backgrounds and interests of PMG members mirrors the diversity of materials found in photographic media: paper, metals, plastic film, glass and composite objects including, and album and book structures.

The Photographic Materials Group website is designed to serve the mmerber of AIC-PMG. A newly formed task force is examining the PMG website and will make reocmmendations for improved design and functoinlaity. Suggestions are welcome.
