looping machine

A machine used to attach looped cord to hangers, calendars, etc. The machine punches the hole. inserts the cord, draws it to the desired length, ties the loop, cuts it off, and delivers the finished product—all in one continuous operation. Looping machines are used by the job binder. (247 )
