The colloquy was hosted by Dr. Ludmila Polyakova Director of the Library of the Russian Academy of Arts and Professor Mikhail Piotrovsky, Director of the State Hermitage Museum. The colloquy was funded through a grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation to the Foundation of the American Institute for the Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works.
Conservation by Design gifting the specially designed frame to the Library of Imperial Academy of Art. This collaboration was a part of our Mellon Hermitage Initiative.
