• Issues from Vol. 15, Num. 1 (Jan. 1993) to (and including) Vol. 29, Num. 3 (Sept 2007): $10.00 per copy
• Issues prior to (and including) Vol. 14, Num. 3 (Sept. 1992): $5.00 per copy
