Mary Lou Florian's Fungal Facts provides a very detailed account of the taxonomy of mold, and has an excellent glossary.

Johanna G. Wellheiser, in Nonchemical Treatment Processes for Disinfestation of Insects and Fungi in Library Collections (IFLA Publications 60. K.G. Saur, New York, 1992) has a brief glossary.
